The Warranty period for Fiido Electric Bikes is as follows;
If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge.
After warranty period the customer has to pay for replacement parts and shipping fees. The Bikes which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.
12 Months Warranty on Aqou E-Scooters exclude:
- All Plastic cover, rubble of handlebars, rear wheel and tire
- Damage by man-made assemble/disassemble, tear off the sticker freely or losing this card – we will not guarantee
- Battery – 6 months warranty on this item
